We aim to provide high-quality, allergy-safe, eco-friendly cleaning. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean or fair resolution.
Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled time. If access is not available, a cancellation fee may apply.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and secure payment links.
Our team uses non-toxic, fragrance-free, and allergy-safe products. Please inform us of any specific allergies, sensitivities, or access requirements in advance.
While all care is taken, accidents may occur. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
Extra services (e.g., oven cleaning, wardrobe interiors) must be booked in advance to allow adequate time and pricing adjustment.
We are a pet-friendly service. However, pets must be secured if they are likely to interfere with the cleaning process.
